Swelling in lower lips
There was a swelling in my lower lip when I woke up today. I ate 11 eggs per day for 3 straight days and nothing else only egg whites . My doctor said it is some allergy to food and vitamins deficiency. Can you suggest me what it is and what food to avoid

Are you feeling breathing difficulties? Is the swelling increasing? Do you feel numb at the swelling? If yes to any of the above, please consult an emergency department immediately. Otherwise wait and watch, avoid whatever foods you ate in the last 48hours for 1 week and see. Food allergies can occur at any time. Only way to rule out is to perform an allergy test panel. Do it if you feel anxious about this. Otherwise maintain a food diary and see if you develop anything different from normal
Next Steps
Wait and watch the swelling. Visit emergency if swelling increases or breathing difficulty arises
