Swelling in stomach, gas and nausea
I've been having swelling in stomach , flatulence and nausea and loss of appetite since last 8-10 days and the condition is still persisting. I've been experiencing uneasiness all day long with bouts of diarrhoea. Please advice me what to do.

Seems it is a stomach Infection which has lead to all this ,for which u would need Medications to resolve it,w may get back for details on Medicines to be taken.
