If it's a paiful swelling with burning sensation or itching without fever, bleeding or pus discharge , it's most likely to be a fissure in ano .
Next Steps
Daily do Sitz bath .Avoid constipation with adequate hydration , plenty of fruits and green vegetables to increase fiber content in diet , also can use laxatives at night .

You might be having a fissure as you are experiencing pain. Please control your constipation if you have it. Also do sitz bath two to three times a day and consult a surgeon properly so that he can prescribe proper medication.
