Swelling in the vein
25 days back I was sick and had few iv fluids injected into my right hand. I used to have a lot of pain while I was taking those fluids. And now after many days I see a part of my vein swelling. It's in green colour and I'm having slight pain in it. You can found the picture in the attachment below. Please help me out I'm scared. What is that it could be???

It's just a blood clot in ur vein..which can subside over item...technically called thrombophlebitis ...apply thombophobe gdl locally twice daily
Next Steps
do not massage it...to avoid it from dislodging from that place

Dont worry. Its just mild thrombophlebitis. Start thrombophobe gel to be applied twice a day for 3 days. Consult if any other issues.
