Good morning madam Congratulations for conception And sometimes during pregnancy there are chances of this kind of over growth physical evaluation of that over growth is important and excision of that is relatively easy and less traumatic with lasers kindly consult your gynac and near by dentist and dont neglect it

Maam, get it examined and mostly it needs excision of the growth followed by pathplogical examination of the specimen. If you don't have any habits nothing to be scared of, may be its a benign minor salivary gland growth... but all are may be until you go to a maxillofacial surgeon and get the examination done.
