Lower lid is swollen and paining with itching. It increases after sleep. He has exam so have to study as well. Pls advise sm medicine. Cos there is no pus being seen

Sounds like he has a lid infection like a stye or internal hordeolum. Hot compresses will help in faster resolution. Oral Antibiotics, pain killers and local antibiotic ointment application.
