Swelling lymph node back of neck
A small swelling is back of neck is painless, mobile, soft since last 5 months . Had taken antibiotics for 14 days . But swelling not gone away. Usg of neck is found a small hypoechoic lesion is observed in subcutaneous tissue 8mm x 5 mm . Conclusion was chronic inflamatory lession in the usg. No symtoms of fever , weight loss , other any problems , no other swelling in my bodies. What is chronic inflammation is it serious anything? Please conclude the probable reason. Attached the current neck picture.
