Swelling near my anus
I have some swelling like of thing near my anus which is paining a lot . Also, its pains alot during the bowel movement and after that. Please suggest me what I should do ASAP

Get clinical physical examination done by a general surgeon,may be thrombosd or infected haemorroids or associated fissure.treatment as per diagnosis made as per clinical examination.high fibre diet ,local shield ointment, may help
