Swelling in the whole leg can be most probably due to dilated veins called varicose veins for which you may require compression stockings. If the cause is in the ankle or foot that can be addressed after examination of your foot and ankle. I would suggest that you see a general surgeon first to get your varicose veins assessed and maybe an orthopaedic surgeon if swelling persists.
