Hi.. Ingunial lymph node swelling may be due to various causes. Is there any infection in leg or thigh region? Is there any ulcer in genital region? What antibiotics you are talking. A detailed history and clinical examination may only help to find out the cause and specific treatment. General advice would be to maintain good local hygiene. and continue antibiotics and analgesic.
