You may be having diffuse goitre which may be due to subclinical hypothyroidism where there won't be any symptoms of hypothyroidism but it may suggest lowering of thyroid function. You may need to get a thyroid function test and ultrasound of the neck. Fine needle aspiration cytology may be required
