Swelling of stomach.
From last six months my mom facing swelling in stomach(without pain) & after having low meals only, she is facing full belly(Endoscopy had done & in reports it has came that little fat observed @liver - Fatty liver, doctor informed). Apart from this problem, she is facing bleeding through stools(No paining during faeces). Sometimes frequent(daily) enormous amount of blood bleeds & sometimes no bleeding for one to two days. Sigmoidoscopy has done & it came to know that she is having internal and external piles with anal fissure. But she is not facing any pain during bleeding then how it comes that she have piles, and doctor advised for laser surgery. Please help my mom out from these problems(swelling of stomach & bleeding through stools).

Hello..well.. bleeding is because of the piles and the anal fissure only.. the patient might be symptom less because when you tend to take fibre rich diet or or strain less during passing motion or have easy motion without constipation then the chances of bleeding will be less but that doesn't rule out the presence of Piles and you definitely need to get the procedure done... that bloating sensation which you mention might be because of gastritis also or constipated stools... make sure that you drink water adequately ..Meet General Surgeon thank you
