Swelling on face and lip

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Dear Sir, My son completed 2 years. In morning when he waked up his face was swellen also his upper lip. There is some red mark in the bottom part of upper lip. He is not allowing to touch. From yesterday morning he was on irritation. Not understanding how it came and what problem he facing from. Kindly help me on it

How long it has been? Jus a few days? Check if he got allergic to any food/nuts etc If swelling there for more than 5 days Pls get urine routine
