Swelling on feets n calf , can say edema
Edema or swelling on feets , numbness some times , swelling comes while bus or train traveling. Arterial Col doplar , Renal function reports r Normal. Liver function tests is also normal. Only d thing is my long siting , my job is like that only. I'm not diabetic. No thyroid. Only have hypertension since last 12/13 years. But most of d times BP is in between 130/85---140/90 , I don't take much BP tablet as advised my physician. My age is 58 . General condition is fine. Please advise what to do.

Use intermittent compression with stockings , as with age if everything looks normal even then these kind of swelling appears due to gravity and mild compromise vascular system with history oflong term hypertension.
