  4. Swelling testicle. Could it be allergy.

Swelling testicle
I have swelling in my testicles and penis which comes are goes away in 1-2 days. it has happened 2-3 times before. also, i have itching in my whole body and constant fatigue. please advise if this is something serious as I fear and could this be sign of cancer or could it be allergy.
