Swollen And pain in one leg

I've been having pain on one side of my pelvis for a little while now I'm 36 weeks pregnant and then today I noticed I have really bad swelling in one leg on the same side ?

Swelling of feet is due to pregnancy. The return blood circulation is impeded due to the pressure of the baby. So you need not worry about it. While you lie down better sleep in on the left side. It will help in lessening the swelling.
