I am in basketball and am always rolling my ankle, because i have a weak ankle. The left side of my right ankle really hurts but the right side of my right ankle bone is very swollen. I only hurts when im exercising and running

Consult a physiotherapist... And you should not roll your ankle joint.. it's niether any exercise nor any relief.. learn correct movements from physiotherapist
