Swollen ankle
I was pushed over during a netball game on Wednesday and my ankle cracked and became swollen almost straight away. I went to the hospital that night they by passed triage and sent me straight for an x Ray, I was not examined because they said it wasn’t broke but three days later I can’t walk or move my foot, it keeps becoming blue and cold and is still severely swollen.

• Hams Stretching. • Sports Taping. • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
