Swollen back
I had a lamanectomy 2 weeks ago and overnight looking at my back from the back my right lower side swelled. Is that normal even though it hasn’t happened until now? Or what could it be?

Yes Normal apply ice pack and avoid long sitting.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Hi u didn’t tell where exactly whether it is ur buttock region don’t keep sitting for a longer period of time if the swelling persists keep some cold pack
