I have visible enlarged taste buds at the very end of tongues and its being 5 months i am seeing thing .. I have one taste bud swollen at feont of tongue since same time ... I am bit worried whether its serious issue .. Coz i have spotted on back near throat ... what could be reasons ... age : 26

You seem to be looking at enlarged lingual tonsils in the back of the tongue which is not usually abnormal. If there is no associated pain or difficulty in swallowing then it may be just normal. Clinical examination is necessary to confirm this diagnosis
