Try
A cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears

It seems to be acute conjunctivitis. Please do hot foamentation.and put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and put antibiotics eye ointment e.g. ocupol at bed time.
