Swollen fingers,itchy skin & white bumps

Asked for Female, 17 Years

Some of my fingers have randomly started to swell up for the past few days, my skin by my wrists and my upper thigh has become much more itchy and as a result of scratching it these white coloured bumps begin to appear, they will disappear around 40 minutes later. Never had this happen to me before but it's been occurring since December the 31st and I'm unsure of what the cause is. I am a 17 year old girl who has a fairly healthy diet.
