This condition basically gives me a picture of maxillary sinusitis. This pain is a symptom of sinusitis. Please continue with the course of antibiotics prescribed by your physician for blocked nose. The pain during chewing and drinking is because of the cough deposited which creates pressure in the mouth. As your cold is fine, you will be relieved of the pain too. It is important for you to have a check up done by a physician as well as a dentist so that the actual problem can be ruled out.
