  4. Swollen glands. Let it run it's course?

Swollen glands
I've had swollen glands in my neck for a few weeks now along with coughing up phlegm and green mucus. I've also noticed that my glands are swollen and painful in my groin area. Is this something I should get checked out? Or let it run it's course? Thanks
