Swollen gum, burning sensation in eyes
My gum has been hurting for days. I've been feeling extremely tired and feel like I was to get sick at anytime. Like I will be having fever. But I don't. My eyes feel hot.

Gum inflammation can be a primary disease originating in that area due to local accumulation of plaque and calculus, and at the same time, it can be a secondary symptom of systemic diseases like viral infections etc. A proper clinical examination will be helpful to distinguish between the two. The right treatment can be suggested only after a proper diagnosis has been made. The least you can do before you plan your visit to the dentist is making sure that you brush your teeth properly and clean your tongue using your toothbrush at least twice a day. Regards.
