I have swelling in my gums near the wisdom tooth on the left side of my mouth, I would like to know what it is and how exactly can I cure it? I am experiencing pain over there and unable to eat from that side

Swelling near wisdom tooth may be due to partially erupted tooth. In such cases we have to see radiographically whether we can save the tooth or we have to go for tooth extraction.
Please get x ray done 1st thereafter proper planning of treatment can be made
