I have swollen gums I need a treatment for my gums .I have also pain in them ,I used to gargle with salt water but that has no affect

Swollen gums causes many factors like poor oral hygiene,due to some medications,is bleeding gums or not .and u mentioned about pain is there overall gum or any perticular sight u need to give more specific details to the doctor then only we can help you.
