Swollen left salivary gland
I just notice yesterday.. that one of my salivary submandibular gland is maybe swollen it can be felt only when I put my neck down .. there is no lump . It's very slightly pains n a lil sore throat..

Usually submandibular salivary gland. Swellings are large enough to be seen and felt clearly. You may be having enlargement of cervical lymph nodes secondary to throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
