Swollen Left scrotum
I think my left testicle' sperm chord is swollen. When I do more of manual work left side really becomes harder and bigger...It's not scrotum nor testicle. After examination I think it's the back veins like sperm chord and epididymitis. I also have Small hard pea size bump on top of left testicle. Initially I thought it is cancerous however after researching on internet I think it's spermatocele.

Do not do research on yourself. If there is real problem Consult nearest Urologist . Get a sonography of scrotum. That will diagnose swelling if any and it’s cause .
