I have a large swollen lump on my thigh. It has been bothering me for a couple of weeks, but last night it swelled up to the size of a peapod & is painful to touch. Before it became painful, it would occasionally leak or become irritated from rubbing against my other thigh. I thought it was an ingrown hair, maybe it is and it is infected, but I cannot see the tip of the hair at all.
