About a month ago found painless lumps in both sides of groin region, then went for Ultrasound, reports states FEW INSIGNIFICANT LYMPH NODES ARE SEEN IN BILATERAL INGUINAL REGION WITH MAINTAINED FATTY HILUM AND SHORT AXIS DIAMETER

Bilateral ( both sides) inguinal region painless enlargement of lymph nodes with maintained fatty hilum can be due to infection. Get yourself checked by a general or urosurgeon and take treatment according to them. Sometimes can be treated with medications without requirement of FNAC.
