Sir, I have swollen right Testicle since childhood but could not get treatment because of financial problems. Now that I am 24 I am worried if it affects my sex life and marriage. Sometimes it pains after erection. Please help.

It will not create any problem in sex life and marriage, so long as you have normal erection. This can be due to trauma. This can be a simple Hydrocoele or Hematocoele
