I am a heavy smoker, i am having thins
condition since last 2 months. My right tonsil seems to get swollen and painful when i smoke unusually heavy. Sometimes light ear pain as well. Honestly when i googled this (which i know i am doing wrong) it is always showing cancer. Any advice or suggestion will be helpful here.

you are might be suffering from acute pharyngitis. it may be due to smoking. you must need to consult a dr nearby. and try to avoid smoking. and get checked up yourself. you may need to undergo some imaging for proper diagnosis. and take treatment as advised by dr. mostly you will get relieved.
