Symphytum tablet
I had a pinky toe fracture 8 weeks before and after 6 weeks my doctor told me I can run on it as it is healed and told me to have calcium tablet so instead of calcium tablet I took homeocal and osteofit calcium with symphytum of Allen company should i take symphytum tablet or the tablet I m taking is ok please suggest me some oil to message the toe surface for strength

Hi,you are taking correct medication with symphytum 30 you should be taking Ruta 200 as well for faster recovery.

If fracture healed, no longer need anything. If swelling is persistent, take Symphytum 30 BD for 10 days, apply ice bag massage therapy. Just take diet which has more calcium, like milk, banana, til, ragi, etc..
