My mom is not feeling well since 1 month. She is feeling extremely weak and dizziness, difficulty in breathing and mild headache. We have visited our family doctor many a times and he had given some medicine and injection(5 shots) to inject once every 2 days and she has completed that course. Now he has given tablets(Orofer XT) to be taken for 6 months. After all this she is still not feeling well

Orofer XT is for haemoglobin deficiency. If inspite of having the medicine she is still in same suffering. some other tests may require. so consult any physician nearby for proper investigations, tests n treatment.
Take care
There may be many causes for Anemia...clinically we have to check it...have u done any blood reports how much Hb was??
See in Ayurveda it is due to rakhtasushti....and people can easily can overcome from these...Orofer and all these tablets increase ur Hb temporarily but u have to work internally in ur body to having a good result...
Next Steps
1. krumikuthar 2 tab twice a day
2.Tapyadiloha+punarnavamandura 1 tsp twice a day...
3.Lohaasava 2 tsp with 4tsp of luke warm water..
4.Chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice a day...
5.Laxmivilas ras 2 tab by chewing...
Hi..the above medications is to increase her haemoglobin level ..if she is still continuing to have the symptoms then I would advise that you meet up with a physician so that he can examine her thoroughly and advise on the needed investigation and further treatment
