My child not started speaking,completed 4years.he speak few words. hyperactive, always try to go outside from home by opening the door by his own. He is listening n understanding our words n verbal communication ,like go open the door,sit here...Etc, and sometimes he will not listen to our words until we say loudly.. we have recently consulted pediatrician, as per him mild symptoms of ADHD.pls advise what is the problem and what treatment we can give him

Hello, from your description, though it is suggestive of ADHD, but I will advise you to get the clear neuropsychiatric assessment done, both by paediatric and occupational therapist. He might require ongoing therapy sessions for sensory issues.

If your son is showing mild symptoms Of ADHD... He needs proper graded exercise and vigorous games and explore the outer world to reduce his sensory urges.
Next Steps
ADHD itself has two diagnosis.. Weather it is attention deficit or Hyperactive due to which he is not able to concentrate....!! Pls get his proper evaluation and assessment done.
It can be just Sensory disorder as well.

Let the child swing, slide, pull and push activities, climbing up and down under super vision.. Let him feel different texture and satisfy his senses with diff texture, food, lights, sound etc
