Blocked fallopian tubes doesn't give you symptoms but because of blocked fallopian tubes there are chance of infertility and that also chance of ectopic pregnancy
But if you want me to tell you the reason of blocked fallopian tubes definitely infection gonococcal, adhesion due to previous surgery or tuberculosis etc is evident by constant white discharge and lower abdomen pain
