Tuberculosis is an infection and spreads from people infected with tuberculosis( and not treated), it can't be inherited.
Pneumonia is a infection of lungs and can be caused by a variety of organisms.
Has the child been immunized?
Next Steps
It's better you consult a pediatrician so that child can be examined, with all the details including previous x rays and reports and details of the treatment given.
Tuberculosis spreads only through respiratory droplets when there is significant contact with the infected patients secreations...it is not genetically inherited..though a baby in the womb may be affected if the mother is suffering from tuberculosis at the time.once a person is treated for tuberculosis successfully he / she is no longer infective.so your baby is safe.If she is not gaining weight and height and has recurrent infections may need to check her for any nutritional deficiencies or immunodeficiency..
Next Steps
Meanwhile pl follow a nutritious diet for your child and complete all vaccinations as per schedule..also confirm if she has received pneumovoccal vaccination..if any member in the house has tuberculosis at present and is on treatment get your child screened.
