Syncope and sudden fall
Hello Doctors, Greetings. I am asking this question on behalf of my best friend. She is 5.4 Inc tall with 48 kgs weight. Yesterday night she couldn't sleep for no specific reason. Today at 1:00 pm she went shopping without eating any food since last night. She said I am fainting with uneasiness. She was unconscious for three to five mins. She walked up and fainted again. We did her ecg and echo and tmt .. All normal. Her haemoglobin is 13 and she is not diabetic nor a BP patient. We want to know what exactly happened to her.. Do you think being a non diabetic blood sugar might have fallen that day because she didn't sleep or eat anything? Regards
