It Depends on when it was started .
If its started at proper time (6 week ) then 4 doses are recommended.
3 at 4 week interval. Then a booster at 15 months to 18 months age .

If baby is below 1yr then 4 doses
3 doses with 4wks interval (1month)
And booster at 1yr after last dose
If baby is above 1yr
Then 2doses 1month apart and 3rd dose after 1yr of last dose
