Systane ultra
I have dry eyes and my dr prescribed me systane ultra after using it for 1 and half month i feel the blurry and foggy vision does it because of systane ultra or it is because of any other eye problem please reply the satisfied answer doctor

Systane ultra has polyethylene glycol .it forms a thick layer over the cornea and can cause blurring for a while after insertion. That's why it is recommended for moderate to severe dry eyes.But whether your foggy vision is due to this reason or something else , can be confirmed only on one on one examination. Shift to a lubricant that contains carboxy methy cellulose or hydroxypropyl methy cellulose. Read the box. Some examples are genteal , refresh tears , optive ,etc

It may be due to too much screen time. Try to reduce your screen time, blink as much as possible and reduce the brightness of your screen. Continue Systane Ultra 4-6 times a day and try to take a proper sleep.

Problem of foggy vision or blurred vision you are facing is not because of systane ultra.
Decrease your screen time and do frequent blinking.
Continue systane ultra for 4-6 times a day.
When this lockdown over consult an eye specialist for refraction.
