I am having deficiency in Vitamin D having value as 13.04 ng/ml. I need to know the dosage of Lumia 60k and Shelcal 500mg tablets.

This is my personal opinion ,vitamin d is total fraud, everybody is only making money,labs,doctors, pharmacy

Vitamin D, 60k units has to be taken once in a week for a period of up to 8 weeks. Calcium tablets can be taken once per day.

Take diet sources rich in calcium like pulses, egg (white portion), meat, fish cod liver oil etc.

Lumia 60k weekly once and Shelcal500 daily for 3 months. Take plenty of leaffy vegetables , egg and fish regularly. Drink atleast 250 ml of milk daily morning. Do regular physical exercises in the morning Sun for atleast 1 hour daily.
