no..they r differnt..spas contains antispasmodic but sp contains serratiopeptidase

Abdominal pain can be due to various reason

They are different tablets. For cramping abdominal pain you can take Zerodol Spas provided you are not allergic to it. I would however urge you to consult, speak to a doctor about your symptoms before taking any pain killers
