Tadalfil side effects/ time effect
I took tadalfil 20 mg yesterday night before having sex as I used it against Premature ejaculation. I was not able to find any difference/help in delayed ejaculation. Today morning when I woke up my penis was half erected. Whether it is normal? Also please advise whether it have any side effects and the time duration it's effect have. Please also advise the symptoms of time effect of it.

its very easy to write tadalafil or viagara or dapoxetine or antidepressent but it is not permanent solution for your age. also having sideeffects. also u wnt able to take it lifelong. u can maintain ERECTION by exercise diet n other natural resources

Tadalfil is not for pe.  There are other meds for your problem
