Taken very spicy kashayam_feeling uneasy

I have taken kashayam with very spicy I gradients for immunity boost up by watching in YouTube. I have taken this for nearly one week early morning with empty stomach. Now I feeling very internal heat in my body, skin burning sensation. Are these side effects of the kashayam liquid or some thing else? Please suggest me
