Taking MGD3 and Lycored
My doc suggested 5 days of morning and night one each tab of MGD3, and lycored for 10 days with one tablet at night. I suffered from chill only for last 7 days. Yesterday I felt better. Today too it's just a bit of chill and almost negligible shiver on my elbows left. I feel better when layered clothes.
1) I was taking becosule before these above vitamins. Can i continue becosule too with them?
2) can regular multivitamin be taken too with any other specialised vitamins? Just a query
