I have a black pigment around the neck. Don't know what to do... I need someone's suggestion... Anyone???

Don't worry...you are suffering from  acanthosis nigricans causing blackness... Medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
