Sweating does not cause dullness. There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please call me or send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,

Tan is a common bodys response to sun exposure. hyperpigmentation is localised darkening of skin which might be due to many reasons. without consulting in person its difficult to diagnose. there are many treatments available to make the skin better and brighter. sweating doesnt cause dullness. its a sign that your skin is flushed.
Next Steps
consult a cosmetic dermatologist and get a personalised skin care regime.
Health Tips
drink lot of water, sleep well and use a sunscreen with a minimum spf 50
