Hi, what dosage should I give of Taxim O 24g/60 ml for a 16 month old baby weighing 12 kgs. Doc prescribed but the formulation was different and I'm unable to calculate or understand for the one pharmacy had available.

You have brought the drop formula. Please bring syrup for 12 kg 60 Mg twice daily 5 ml = 50 Mg

Okay , if it’s syrup TAXIM -O (5ml/50mg) give him 5 ml two times a day .
