Tb is dangerous for me ?

Asked for Male, 18 Years

My age 18. Male recently i feeling pain in shoulder (teres minor)when i goes to the doctor Sayed there is body lump . And also i having head pain ,fever, vormit,fells cold. Than i also do it chest xray cbc malriya test all is normal !! doctor sayed it's 99% tB now i am shocked its dangerous(death) for me ?
